Biblical Counseling at Snohomish Community Church is for adults (18+), married or single, who are experiencing problems related to sin and suffering. We also work with parents of children and teens.
We require that everyone who receives ongoing counseling be a member or regular attender of SCC.
You might be experiencing problems as result of your own choices or due to circumstances beyond your control. There is hope and help for the issues you are facing, including relationship conflicts, marriage problems, parenting, addictions, sexuality, anger, anxiety, fear, depression, grief, abuse, burdens from your past, finances, and more.
The One who created us knows us best. God has the solutions for the problems we face. He gave us his Book to reveal himself, and in it he provides the wisdom we need to overcome our problems. Therefore, our counsel comes from the Bible.
God’s Word is superior to all other sources of counseling, and it is endlessly practical for daily living. Our goal is to skillfully and compassionately shine God’s answers on the difficulties you are facing.
Our counseling is free of charge. It is our privilege to share the hope and help found in God’s Word, and we don’t want money to be an obstacle. The only expenses you might be asked to cover are for materials (books or booklets) you are assigned to enhance your learning. This cost typically does not exceed $25.

Healing Hearts
Healing Hearts is a Gospel-centered, grace-driven ministry to individuals who have been wounded by sin. Healing Hearts provides a safe environment for sharing our lives and our pain and experiencing true hope and healing.
Here at SCC, we are excited to offer “Binding Up the Brokenhearted”, a new 10-week study specifically for women who suffer the aftereffects of abortion. If you or someone you know would like information about this study or the ministry in general, contact Susan Santie, study leader and counselor.
