Parent/Student Resources
At SCC we believe God has given every parent and guardian the responsibility to disciple their children. To disciple a child is to intentionally help grow him or her closer to Jesus. We want to partner with parents by teaching and challenging students with Scripture on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings as parents do the same throughout the week at home. Below are a few resources we believe can help and equip parents as they raise and disciple their children.
Christ-Centered Exposition commentaries
Age of Opportunity by Paul David Tripp
Disciple Them Like Jesus by Barrett Johnson
Pursuing a Heart of Wisdom by Dr. John C. Kwasny
Parenting: 14 Gospel Principles That Can Radically Change Your Family by Paul David Tripp

Middle School Ministry
MSM is a ministry for 6th-8th graders to fellowship, worship, and glorify God together. We do this through the preaching and study of God’s Word, through the building of a community of believers, and the gathering together for some good old-fashioned fun!
Sunday Services
9:45am - Student Center
God's Word is the only unerring truth of this world. That's why we have committed Sunday mornings to the preaching of God’s Word and worshipping Him in fellowship. We desire to make it a norm for students to hear the Word, to read the Word, and to begin to understand God’s purpose for their lives.
Wednesday Life Groups
6:30pm - Student Center (September - May)
It’s one thing to know about God, it’s another to learn who He is, and who you are in Him. God designed His people to grow in His Word through community. Thus, we’ve committed to having student life groups gather each Wednesday night during the school year. Here we will focus on how to live the Word through study and discussion. We meet in grade level groups to foster that growing community. All students are welcome! No registration needed.
